Grapes: 100% White Moscatel Galego
Vineyards: The grapes come from a vineyard planted at an altitude of 571 meters in the Municipality of Alijó.
Vinification: Manual harvesting in 25 kg boxes, de-stemming and crushing in a pneumatic press, after the grapes have cooled. Fermentation occurred after clarification of the must for 24 hours, in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature between 12 – 14ºC, for 14 days.

Color: Light yellow
Aroma: Exuberant aroma, typical of the variety, with notes of citrus, apricot, white flowers, linden and honey.
Mouth: It is a very balanced and elegant wine, with high acidity, which gives it freshness, texture and persistence.
