Winemaking: Manual Harvesting. Total stalking. Pre-fermentative maceration for 48h. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (22-28ºC) in presses with piegage. Malolactic fermentation in barrel.
Aging: 12 months in 400L barrels and 6 months in 5000L barrels
