Cheese Light
This cheese is produced with consumers in mind who prefer cheese with reduced percentages of salt and fat. After batch standardization, the manufacturing process follows the same molds as traditional cheese, with the percentage of salt being reduced.
Artisanal cheese, made from cow's milk. Homogeneous mass, ivory white color, semi-soft consistency.
TEST RESULTS
EXTERIOR: Ivory white color, thin shell, regular surface covered with protective food film and strapped with cotton fabric. Cylindrical in shape, with rounded edges, slightly convex flat surface.
INTERIOR: Semi-soft, homogeneous white texture. Well connected cut, soft, shiny with few eyes, round, uniform and spread throughout the paste.
