Provençal Cheese
Artisanal cheese, made from cow's milk, produced at Quinta das Arcas with a mixture of garlic and parsley, spread throughout the paste.
TASTING NOTE:
EXTERIOR: Greenish white color, rough, irregular crust, covered by colorless protective food film (aqueous polyvinyl acetate co-polymer solution).
INTERIOR: Semi-soft paste, not pressed, with irregular, scattered eyes. Spongy and irregular texture, characterized by the presence of garlic and parsley. Offers some cut resistance.
