To preserve all the Terroir and characteristics of this wine, no aging was carried out in oak barrels.
Tasting note:
Wine with a crystalline appearance, deep garnet color, aroma of ripe black fruits, jam, jelly integrated with spicy notes. Concentrated, structured, complex and intense, with good acidity in an exuberant set with excellent persistence.
Ideal consumption:
The bottles must rest lying down, with the wine in contact with the cork, in a cool place (around 12ºC) with some humidity (75% relative humidity). These conditions should remain constant throughout the year. Consume over the next 5 to 7 years.
