Dou Tua intends to assert itself as a symbol of the place where the vineyard is located. On its label, the landscape that can be seen between the vineyards corresponds to the union of the two rivers Douro and Tua. In its White version, in a blend of Rabigato and Viosinho varieties, it has a clear yellow color with primary aromas of citrus fruit, with fresh notes of orange blossom.
Of vibrant freshness, high minerality and some greasiness, it presents itself with remarkable versatility for gastronomic pairings such as fish and shellfish, white meats and soft cheeses and little aging.
Serving suggestion between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Variety: Rabigato and Viosinho
Winemaking: The grapes were hand-picked into 20 kg boxes. Direct pressing of whole grape bunches. Subsequent alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, where efforts were made to preserve all the primary aromas of the fruit, sustained in the mouth by a vibrant freshness and mineral sensation.
