The grapes from the manual harvest of our members are unloaded and immediately de-stemmed and crushed. Fermentation begins at controlled temperature (25ºC-28ºC). During this period, maceration is carried out using the timed reassembly process, which lasts around 6 days with the aim of promoting smooth extractions. The wine ages briefly in deposits, being stabilized and filtered before bottling, which takes place within a maximum period of one year.
Tasting note:
Wine with a crystalline appearance, garnet color, aroma of black and red fruit, soft and medium-bodied in the mouth.
