Cadão is an elegant, fruity and fresh white wine from the Douro region with an open bouquet of aromas, with a predominance of orchard fruits, young and fresh citrus fruits and aromas of bergamot. It has a soft and velvety texture, depth and minerality and crisp citrus acidity.

Winemaking:
Cadão is a white wine produced from native white grapes from the Douro region, such as Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Moscatel Galego. The musts macerate for a short period in contact with the skins at low temperatures. After maceration, the wine fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. The wine was then placed in stainless steel tanks where it remained in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular agitation before being bottled.

Cadão is a vibrant, fresh and citrusy white wine from the Douro wine region. It has a velvety texture, notes of orchard fruit and white rind, minerality and very smooth acidity.
Storage and serving advice:
Store at a temperature of 18ºC. Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
