Qtª Nova Rosé 2022 75cl
Rosé is an invitation to an experience of flavors. Quinta Nova de Nossa Senhora do Carmo Rosé stands out for its high structure, in a slightly more aromatic version of Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca, positioning itself as a wine at a very high level for great rosé lovers.
Pressing follows the model carried out in the French region of Provence, with the whole grape, the recognized blanc de noirs technique. Structured by low temperature fermentation (11-12ºC) in stainless steel vats for almost 3 weeks, part of the batch is finished in French and Hungarian oak barrels.
It is a wine that we will remember for its primary aromas, the mineral texture and the final tension that leaves a long goodbye and the certainty that next year we will want more.
