Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the cellar where they were subjected to careful manual selection, de-stemming and gentle crushing. They are pressed in a pneumatic press and the resulting must, in a stainless steel tank, settles at 8ºc for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 12ºC for 30 days and at the end it aged for 10 months with fine lees stirring in 2nd and 3rd year barrels.
Wine with a greenish citrine color, with expressive aromas of fresh fruit (pineapple, lychee, pear and apricot) in perfect harmony with toast and floral notes. In the mouth, it has a lot of volume and structure, supported by a lively and refreshing acidity.
