Tasting: Sparkling wine produced in regions with a hot climate, presents notes of tropical fruit, complexed by contact with yeast. In the mouth it is soft, persistent, with a fine bubble that disappears smoothly.
Vinification: Wine, the basis of sparkling wine, is vinified grape variety by variety, with alcoholic fermentation taking place in stainless steel tanks, at a controlled temperature. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where it remains for around 6 months until disgorgement.
Longevity: 2 to 3 years
