Tasting: With the aromatic potential of Aragonez and Alfrocheiro, this sparkling wine has an aroma rich in plums and fresh cherries, with a pleasant mineral touch. In the mouth it is balanced and with fine bubbles, with excellent acidity.
Vinification: Varieties vinified separately, taken to rotating fermentation tanks “vinimatics”, where they remain for 4 hours, at low rotation, obtaining a small extraction of color. After this period, alcoholic fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, where they remain for around 24 months until disgorgement.
Longevity: 2 to 3 years
