Conde d’Ervideira Vinho da Água Branco 75cl
For this wine, the oldest plots of the Antão Vaz variety are selected. The harvest takes place at night and the grapes are transported using a refrigerated truck. As soon as they arrive at the winery, the grapes are pressed and the must is sent for fermentation in new Hungarian oak barrels. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine is bottled and the bottles sealed. After aging in barrels, the wine is bottled and submerged in the Alqueva lake, where it matured at a depth of 30 meters, in unique and excellent conditions over the course of 8 months.
