Conde d’Ervideira Vinho da Água Red 75cl
Red wine, produced with one of the company's top-of-the-range labels, Conde d'Ervideira, aged for eight months in barrels and then underwent a new stage in water, in the Alqueva reservoir.
The initiative consisted of recovering the so-called "water wine" process, with a "great story" inspired by the quality of wines "rescued" from shipwrecks, after being "lost" in the depths of the oceans, the company submerged more than 30 thousand bottles in Alqueva to create Vinho da Água.

Tasting: A unique wine, with great aromatic exuberance, firm but docile tannins, capable of impressing and captivating.
Winemaking: It was made from a blend of grape varieties carefully chosen to create a unique, exclusive and passionate wine.
Aging: It gained complexity and persistence when aged in French Oak barrels. After aging in barrels, it was bottled and submerged in the calm waters of Alqueva, where it matured at a depth of 30m for 8 months.
Longevity: 6 to 8 years
