3.5 ha of white grape varieties divided into plots with different slopes and exposures. 2.7ha of red grape varieties on very steeply sloping land.
CULTIVATION METHOD
Vines installed in a 2.5x1.2 compass formed in a unilateral cord.
VINIFICATION
Total stalking, crushing at low temperature, slight skin maceration followed by pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats.
“Batonnage” for 3 months.
