Intense, complex and mineral nose, with notes of white fruit (melon), yellow fruit (peach and apricot) and orange blossom well integrated with subtle notes of cinnamon and brioche. In the mouth it presents citrus notes that harmonize with the notes of stone fruits. Excellent acidity, good body, structure and balance. Long and refreshing finish.

Winemaking:
Bunches directly to the press, without de-stemming and crushing, reducing contact with the grape skins as much as possible. After decantation, the must fermented at 13ºC, and finished in used French oak barrels. Aging for 6 months in used 225 liter French oak barrels.
