This spirit is the result of a careful selection of the best fresh pomace, in order to obtain a high quality product. The alcohol extraction process is distillation by “steam stripping”, passing steam through the grape masses (skins and seeds) that result from vinification. Taking advantage of all the knowledge from more than 75 years of experience in the production of spirits, we choose the best batches through organoleptic testing in order to achieve a harmonious, refined and rich blend.
TEST RESULTS
This spirit has excellent pomace aromatic intensity, with fresh fruity notes in a delicate and fine tone. In the mouth it is complex, with a characteristic prolonged finish.
