Winemaking
Offley Porto Tawny 20 Years is produced using the traditional Port Wine method. The grapes harvested by hand are de-stemmed and crushed, followed by fermentation with maceration of the skins to extract the best constituents. The addition of wine brandy establishes the balance between the body and aroma of the wine, with the ideal moment being established by the Enology team after rigorous control of fermentation temperatures and densities, a factor that varies depending on the grape variety, degree of maturation and sweetness. intended end.
