Mouth with volume, freshness and structure. Very well matched wood, and a long and greedy finish. It is a versatile and gastronomic white, which enhances the Dão terroir.
Ideal to drink simply as an aperitif or to accompany more elaborate fish dishes, smoked fish, white meat or poultry dishes.
