Papa Figs Rosé 0.75cl
Of all the birds in the Douro, the Papa Figos is one of the rarest. A migratory bird with bright and attractive colors. It arrives in the Douro in spring, when the vines begin to flower, and leaves for the south at the end of summer. This rosé is born from red grapes, delicately pressed, thus inheriting the structure of the male Papa Figs (red) and the lightness of the female (white), making it a unique creation by Casa Ferreirinha.
Test results
Pale pink color with a slight salmon nuance. Aroma of good vivacity and intensity, with notes of ripe red fruits, candy, floral and resinous. In the mouth it has good volume, refreshing acidity, notes of red fruits, slightly floral and with a very elegant finish.
