Cabeça de Burro Reserva Red 75cl
Winemaking:
Cabeça de Burro Reserva is a red wine, produced from the indigenous red grape varieties of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca from the Douro Demarcated Region. After a short cold maceration, the wine was fermented in granite Lagares at controlled temperatures. The wine remained in new French oak barrels for 12 months, in contact with fine lees, before being bottled.
