Sparkling Qtª Ferro Brut 75cl

Quinta do Ferro sparkling raw wine is obtained from the Avesso grape variety, whose grapes are selected and harvested by hand, pressed gently and the tear must is refined for subsequent fermentation. After natural stabilization with a 12-month aging period on fine lees, the sparkling wine production process begins. Completing 12 months of maturation in the bottle, upon tasting, it has a bright citrus color, aromatic with citrus notes, fresh and fine, persistent bubbles.

Quinta do Ferro is a family business, founded in 1999 and is located in Baião, in the Vinhos Verdes region. The focus of this business is the production of sparkling wines, creating unique products such as sparkling wine produced with the Avesso grape. In addition to the cultivation of the Avesso variety, Arinto and Vinhão are also planted in its vineyards, in integrated production.
