Receiving, total stemming, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control 24-26ºC.

Automatic reassembly alternated with delastage.

Tasting Note

Garnet colored wine, aroma of red fruits and spices.

It is a full-bodied wine with soft and persistent tannins.

Gastronomy

Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC. Recommended as an accompaniment to game dishes, red meats and soft cheeses.
