Gazela is a Vinho Verde with a smooth, light and refreshing taste, which goes well with life. Gazela is an uncompromising wine, a renewed classic, which confirms all the potential of the region to create light and captivating wines, ideal for everyday use.
TEST RESULTS
Gazela has a very light color, with a slight release of gas that enhances the aromas, flavors and freshness of the wine. Aromatic and captivating, Gazela combines citrus and tropical fruit notes with a lively and stimulating acidity. The result is an elegant, versatile and very attractive wine.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. The resulting must is separated from the skins in pneumatic presses and subjected to static decanting for 24 hours, duly protected from oxidation, until it reaches the desired degree of clarity. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel vats, at a controlled temperature of approximately 16ºC.
MATURATION
Gazela is bottled immediately after fermentation and batching, in order to guarantee all its initial freshness.
SAVE
Gazelle must be kept upright, in a dry and cool place. Given its freshness, Gazela is a wine that benefits from being consumed immediately.
SERVE
Gazela should be served very chilled at a temperature between 6ºC-8ºC
