Winemaking

The wine from the 1965 harvest was distilled at the end of 1965. Aging began in the spring of 1966. 37 years of aging in French Limousin oak barrels and a small amount in national oak barrels filled with Port wine

Intense topaz. Clear appearance.

Aroma

Rich, intense and complex, with vanilla notes of coconut immediately evident, coming from the oak wood where it was aged, light smoky notes, sweet milky nuances and subtle nuances of dried fruits.

Flavor

Velvety, refined and aromatic, confirming the sensations felt through direct smell, which last long beyond the moment of tasting.
