ONLINE SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) This website www.adegavinhateira.pt is wholly owned by the company Melo & Azevedo, lda, headquartered at Av. S. Miguel 632, Termas de S. Vicente, 4575-302 Penafiel, Portugal, Taxpayer number 504004492, registered at the Commercial Registry of Penafiel, with a share capital of €50,000.00, dedicated to the sale of beverages, food and gourmet products.
2) ADEGA VINHATEIRA (hereinafter referred to as AV) has a physical store and an online store for the sale of its products.

3) The purchase of any product on the ADEGA VINHATEIRA website implies acceptance of these Online Sales Conditions. To make purchases on the website www.adegavinhateira.pt, you must complete the customer registration, thus being registered, and in the next purchases it is not necessary to register again. You can also make the purchase in “guest” mode, with no need to register.
It is only possible to register on the website www.adegavinhateira.pt if you are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages in your country. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information you provided when registering by updating your personal details, so that we can communicate with you effectively.
4)Password and security: When registering to use the AV site, you will be asked to create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password confidential and must not disclose or share it with anyone.
5) Any and all alcoholic beverages available for sale on the AV website may only be purchased by persons who are of legal age to do so, in their country of residence. If in doubt, contact us.
6) AV reserves the right to modify, without prior notice and at any time, the information and commercial offer presented on: products, prices, commercial conditions and services. The images illustrating each product may differ from the product subsequently delivered, as they are images taken in scenarios.
7) The products presented and available for sale online on the AV website generally contain sulphites.
8) Under Portuguese law, all prices are presented in euros (€) and include the respective VAT rates in force.
9) If an order cannot be delivered in its entirety, due to out-of-stock reasons or other phenomena, the Customer will be immediately contacted by AV in order to find the most appropriate solution. Orders will only be processed after effective receipt of payment.
10)Payment: Payment for products on the AV website and delivery fees can be made through the following means:

-Credit cards
-MB Way
-Multibanco - Entity and Reference
-Bank transfer
-Cash (only in the physical store)
11)Delivery: When placing the order, you will be informed of the cost of shipping to the address you mention during the checkout process and it includes the transport and delivery of your order.
Orders to any EU country include VAT tax.
Our company is subject to the payment of VAT in each EU country where we sell.
Furthermore, all the products we sell are already legalized for the consumer market with taxes paid, which means that we are authorized to sell our products to any country within the EU. For non-EU countries (outside the EU), please contact us to find out the customs fees and taxes to be paid in your country.
12) In addition to the prices shown, the value of the postage of each order is calculated according to the weight and delivery address of the order. Delivery is free if the order exceeds €150 for mainland Portugal. The value of the postage is indicated at checkout (completion of the order).
13) All orders placed on the AV website have a maximum payment period of 4 days. After this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
14) AV makes every effort to ensure the delivery of orders within a maximum period of 5 working days after confirmation of payment. All products sent by AV must be checked upon delivery. If you find that your order is damaged, you must immediately return it to the transport company, duly justify the reason for the return on the delivery note and immediately notify AV. The Carrier will return the damaged package to AV. Once the order is received and the anomaly is verified, a new order will be sent. In this case there will be delays due to the sending of a new order.
15) AV recognizes to all its Customers the right to terminate the contracts they celebrate with it, allowing them to return within a period of 14 days from24/2014 of February 14th and Decree-Law 82/2008 of May 20th, contact AV for this purpose. Returns will only be accepted for products with no sign of misuse, complete with all components and original packaging in perfect condition. We will always accept the return of the product, when agreed between both parties, however, the shipping costs are not subject to return, which are the responsibility of the person who returns the products.
16) Returns: AV accepts to exchange any products purchased up to 14 days after receiving the order, which are contaminated or damaged. We demand the bottle and cork (in the case of beverages) returned to us before we can exchange it. Since the veracity of the reason for the return will be verified in the laboratory. Only after the laboratory results have been obtained will we be able to resend a new product to exchange the returned one, if there is an anomaly in the product. Laboratory verification may last from 15 to 30 days. Returns are subject to a shipping fee, which is the responsibility of the person sending the products. If an anomaly is confirmed in the product, the value of the postage will be refunded to the customer by AV.
The following should be taken into account with some products that may lose quality and even become damaged if, after opening the bottle/package, the products are consumed within a short period of time. Others after opening the package must be stored in the refrigerator.
17) All purchases made on the AV website are subject to Portuguese legislation. Any conflict or divergence of interpretation of the Online Sales Conditions will be submitted to the competent Portuguese Court of the Comarca of Penafiel.
18) Applicable law: These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of Portugal. We will try to resolve any disagreements quickly and efficiently. If you are not satisfied with the way we have handled your complaint, you can appeal to the Consumer Arbitration Court:

20) Use of AV's Website: You may not use AV's website for any of the following purposes: Interfere with anyone else's use or enjoyment of the company's website; or make, transmit or store electronic copies of copyrighted materials without the owner's permission.
